Right of cancellation
In the case of distance selling, consumers generally have a 14-day right of cancellation. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or that are otherwise clearly personalised, such as customised solar film for cars.
By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read this information on the exemption from the right of withdrawal for customised window film.
For other products, the general rule applies and you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days from the day you received the goods, provided that the return conditions are met.
