Complaints (defects & transport damage)

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing and must include your order number and clear photos.
  • Please report any issues as soon as possible after receiving your order.
  • In the event of transport damage, we will replace the affected product free of charge.
  • In the event of manufacturing defects, we will replace the affected product free of charge.
  • Costs related to installation/removal, fitting or other consequential costs in connection with a complaint are not reimbursed.

Right of withdrawal & returns – depending on product

Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) – standard products

For standard products (e.g. car care products), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Products must be returned unused. For sealed items, the seal must not be broken.

No right of withdrawal for custom-made window tint film

Window tint film (solar film / tint film) is manufactured according to your individual selections (such as vehicle model, year, tint level, film type and custom cutting). For these made-to-order products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. This also applies in the case of incorrect orders.


Voluntary return policy (goodwill)

In addition to statutory rights, we offer, as a goodwill gesture, the possibility to return an unopened shipping package within 14 days.



FAQ

Does the right of withdrawal apply to window tint film?

No. Window tint film is custom-made for your vehicle and is therefore generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Does the right of withdrawal apply to car care products?

Yes. For standard products such as car care products, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the products are returned unused.
