1. Seller, scope & contact details

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers via www.evofilmshop.com (EU orders / English language version).

The seller is EVO International AB (trading as EVOFILM®), registered in Sweden under company number 556808-9659. Registered address: Norra Ljunggatan 16, 252 28 Helsingborg, Sweden.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

2. Definitions

  • Standard products: pre-manufactured items that are not produced according to individual customer specifications.
  • Window tint film: products manufactured specifically to the customer’s vehicle and selections (for example: vehicle model, year, tint level, film type and custom cutting).
  • Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
  • Contract: the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of goods.

3. Formation of the contract

A binding contract is concluded once we send you an order confirmation by email. Please review the confirmation promptly and inform us of any errors.

4. Order changes & cancellations (service basis)

As a customer service gesture, we may allow order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started and the order has not been dispatched.

Important: Custom-made window tint film may enter production quickly. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.

5. Prices, payment & VAT

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be processed via third-party payment providers.

6. Production & delivery

Production time is typically 1–4 working days, depending on season and order volume. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within 30 days from order confirmation.

7. Shipping & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email and/or SMS where available. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct.

8. Right of withdrawal – standard products

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for standard products within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email at [email protected].

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

9. No right of withdrawal – custom-made window tint film

Window tint film is produced exclusively according to the customer’s specifications and vehicle details. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised).

Please carefully review your selections before placing your order. Your statutory rights in case of defective goods remain unaffected.

10. Goodwill returns (unopened package)

In addition to statutory rights, we may accept a return as a gesture of goodwill. This is not a legal entitlement.

  • Return request within 14 days of delivery
  • Package must be unopened and unused
  • Prior approval required by email
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

11. Legal guarantee & defective goods

Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity. Goods must be in conformity with the contract, as described and fit for purpose.

If the goods are defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to applicable legal conditions.

Please notify us promptly and include your order number and photos where applicable.

12. Additional product guarantees

Any additional commercial guarantees offered are provided in addition to statutory rights and do not limit or replace them.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where this would be unlawful under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly arising from the contract.

14. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the consumer’s country of residence within the EU, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
